card terms and conditions

1. Introduction

By using the Quero Debit Card, the cardholder agrees to comply with all applicable regulations of the International Visa Center and accepts the terms and conditions established by the Bank, the card issuer.

2. Cardholder Agreement

As a Quero customer, you agree to the following terms:

Compliance

Card Ownership
  • The card remains the property of the Bank and must be returned upon request.
  • The card is non-transferable.
  • Do not share your card or PIN. You are responsible for all transactions made using your card and PIN until you notify the Bank to cancel and reissue it.
Transaction Refusal

The Bank may deny a transaction if:

  • The card is reported lost or stolen.
  • The card is canceled or the account is closed.
  • The transaction exceeds your available balance.
  • Unusual or suspicious activity is detected.
Service Changes

The Bank may change or cancel card services at any time without notice, unless required by law.

Bank Liability

The Bank’s liability for incomplete transactions is limited and governed by the “Financial Institution’s Liability” section of the Electronic Fund Transfers disclosure.
